Investigations of the static and dynamic characteristics of the precision hydrostatic spindle with mid-thrust bearing under different loads

چکیده
This paper investigates the static and dynamic characteristics of precision hydrostatic spindle with a mid-thrust bearing under different working conditions. Firstly, establishes fluid governing equations coupled journal thrust bearings based on orifice restrictors; Reynolds are solved using perturbation finite difference methods to obtain steady transient pressure distribution functions. Then stiffness damping matrixes obtained by integrating pressure. Furthermore, establishing motion equation for rotor five degrees freedom, quasi-static equilibrium position stability criterion conditions determined. Finally, relationships between cutting force, rotational speed, distance simulated analyzed. The simulation results show patterns variation in performance indices such as stiffness, damping, position, conditions, which provides important design information be taken into consideration concerning spindle.
